Taste: Adry, soft, elegant, with a light bitterish aftertaste. How to wait: 14-16°C. it goes well with all first courses and light meat dishes. Vinification: 8-10-day soaking with peels at controlled temperature. Aging: 6 months in steel barrels and refining in bottle for at least a month. Alcohol content: 12% vol. Acidity: 5,5 gr/lt
