Mr. Simone Rossi, the farmhouse owner, has taken since the beginning great care of his vineyard, extended on a 30 ha. surface, producing well renewed wines like Custoza Doc, Custoza Passito Doc, Bardolino, Custoza Spumante Doc Conte Ottolini Extra Dry, Il Sommo Barrique IGT.
